At CleanRoute USA, we aim to provide reliable and affordable waste removal services. If you are not satisfied with your booking or need to cancel, please review our refund policy below.
1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Full Refund: Available if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.
Partial Refund: May be granted if cancellation is requested within 12 hours before the service, depending on the circumstances.
No Refund: If the service has already been provided or if cancellation is made after the scheduled time.
2. Missed Appointments
If you miss your scheduled time without prior notice, no refund will be issued. However, we’re happy to help you reschedule for a small fee.
